1️⃣ 에 (e)
Meaning: “at,” “to,” or “in” (for location or time)Use: Shows where something exists or where you’re going.
Examples:
  • 저는 학교에 있어요. → I am at school.
  • 친구가 집에 가요. → My friend goes home.
  • 3시에 도서관에 갈 거예요. → I will go to the library at 3 o’clock.
💡 Tip: 에 = static location (where something is or where it’s going).
2️⃣ 에서 (eseo)
Meaning: “at,” “from,” or “in” (location of an action)Use: Shows where an action happens.
Examples:
  • 저는 학교에서 공부해요. → I study at school.
  • 친구가 카페에서 커피를 마셔요. → My friend drinks coffee at a cafe.
  • 집에서 저녁을 먹었어요. → I ate dinner at home.
💡 Tip: 에서 = action location (where something happens).
